dc.description.abstractPerformance is a standard result of an employee's work that has been achieved and contributes to the company. The level of success of a company can be measured through the performance given by employees to the company. The level of employee performance is influenced by several factors including work-life balance and work environment. Employees who have a work-life balance and a good work environment can help the company achieve the targets as well as the vision and mission that have been set. This study aims to determine the effect of work-life balance and work environment partially on employee performance at Grand Inna Medan employees. Then the next goal is to determine the effect of work-life balance and the work environment together or simultaneously on the performance of employees of Grand Inna Medan. The form of research used in this research is quantitative research with an associative approach. The sampling method is saturated sample method and uses 50 respondents as a sample. The data collection used was a questionnaire using a likert scale which was distributed directly. Methods of data analysis using test instruments for validity, reliability, classic assumption tests, and hypothesis testing using multiple linear regression analysis assisted by SPSS version 25. Based on the results of the study that the work-life balance variable has a partial effect on employee performance, this is evidenced by the value of t-count 2.835 > t-table 2.011. While the work environment variable has a partial effect on employee performance, this is evidenced by the value of t-count 2.856 > t-table 2.011. Based on simultaneous testing that the employee performance variable simultaneously effect on work-life balance and work environment with a value of F-count 6.425 > F-table 2.80 and obtained an R value of 0.463 and the Adjusted R Square value in this study is 18.1% while the remaining 81.9 % influenced by other factors not examined in this study.en_US
