Politik Anggaran: Perencanaan Anggaran Pendapatan Belanja Daerah dalam Meningkatkan Mutu Pendidikan di Kabupaten Pakpak Bharat Tahun 2022

Abstract

In 2022 the Pakpak Bharat District Government placed the education sector as a budget priority. It is interesting to examine budget politics: Regional Budget Planning in Improving the Quality of Education in Pakpak Bharat Regency in 2022. This study aims to describe the budget planning process and the implementation of the Regional Revenue and Expenditure Budget in improving the quality of education in Pakpak Bharat district in 2022. The data used in this study include primary and secondary data with data collection techniques in the form of interviews and document studies. The research method used in this research is a descriptive method with a qualitative approach. The purpose of this study was to determine the planning and implementation of the Regional Budget in the Education sector in improving the quality of education in Pakpak Bharat Regency. From the results of the author's findings, budget planning in improving the quality of education in Pakpak Bharat district in 2022 in the discussion of the APBD General Policy (KUA) and Temporary Budget Ceiling Priorities (PPAS), the debates and criticisms that exist are very minimal, this has an impact on the ratification of KUA-PPAS being unaffected by the dynamics of budget politics, the Pakpak Bharat district government has also not been effective in evaluating budget planning in improving the quality of education in Pakpak Bharat Regency.
