Pengaruh Reward terhadap Kreativitas Kerja Pada Pekerja Industri Kreatif
Abstract
The company's success stems from the willingness of employees to use their creativity, talents and skills. One way to improve this is by giving rewards. Giving rewards has an influence on employee creativity. This study aims to determine whether giving rewards to workers has an influence on the creativity of creative industry workers. The subjects in this study were 140 creative industry workers in the age range of 15-64 years. This study uses explanatory quantitative methods using a Likerts scale as a data collection method, namely the reward scale and work creativity scale. The analytical method used in this study is a simple regression analysis method. Based on the results of data analysis in this study, it means that reward has a positive effect on the work creativity of creative industry workers (39.5%).
