dc.description.abstract | Quality human resources are the backbone of a company. Good human
resources and maximum competence is an advantages for a company. Employees
must work optimally and efficiently so that the company can have a high production
level. The achievement of company targets will certainly affect the rewards that
employees receive by following the SOPs that have been prepared by the company.
This has good intentions because it is directly proportional to the maximum
compensation that employees will get as the best human resources.
This study aims to analyze how the influence of competence, compensation,
and the application of standard operating procedures on the work productivity of
employees of PT. Riau Media Televisi. The influence between competency,
compensation, and implementation of standard operating procedures will be
analyzed partially and simultaneously on employee work productivity.
The form of research conducted in this research is quantitative research
using an associative approach. Sampling was done through a saturated sampling
technique with 36 respondents as a sample. Primary data in this study was
conducted by distributing questionnaires directly while secondary data through a
literature study. The data analysis method used is the validity test, reliability test,
classic assumption test, multiple linear regression test, and hypothesis testing.
The results of the research conducted show that the competency variables
(X1), compensation (X2), and implementation of standard operating procedures
(X3) have a significant effect on employee work productivity, and all independent
variables simultaneously (simultaneously) affect employee performance. The test
for the coefficient of determination shows that there is a fairly close relationship
between competence, compensation, and implementation of standard operating
procedures on employee work productivity with an R-value of 0.820. Through the
value of the adjusted R square, it is also known that the variables of competency,
compensation, and application of standard operating procedures contribute 64.1%
to the employee productivity variable while the remaining 35.9% is influenced by
