dc.description.abstract | The world of banking has a very strategic position in a country's economic growth, because banks act as intermediary institutions which are one of the main factors triggering economic movements. Of course, the banking must know how to communicate well. Communication between superiors to subordinates, one employee to another employee, and employee to superiors. The Company's Code of Conduct was prepared with the aim of creating a harmonious working relationship in order to maximize Employee Performance. So that consistent results are achieved in line with the Core Values of SOEs. In the context of this assessment, what is meant by performance is to see how far the communication is carried out and how far AKHLAK's Core Values are running to achieve the goals that have been set. This study aims to analyze how the influence of Interpersonal Communication and AKHLAK's Core Values on Employee Performance at the State Savings Bank KC Medan. The influence between Interpersonal Communication and AKHLAK's Core Values will be analyzed partially and simultaneously on Employee Performance. The form of research used in this research is for quantitative research with an associative approach. The simple in this study was 46 people with the sampling technique using Simple Random Sampling. The primary data used in this study were obtained by distributing questionnaires directly while the secondary data was obtained through library research. The data analysis method used is instrument test, classical assumption test, multiple linear regression analysis, and hypothesis testing. The results showed that AKHLAK's Interpersonal Communication and Core Values had a significant effect both partially and simultaneously on Employee Performance at the State Savings Bank KC Medan. The coefficient of determination test shows that there is a close relationship between Interpersonal Communication and AKHLAK's Core Values with an R value of 0.606. Based on the Adjusted R Square value, it is also known that the Interpersonal Communication and AKHLAK Core Values variables contribute 33.8% to the entrepreneurial decision variable, while the remaining is influenced by factors outside of this study's capital. | en_US |
