dc.description.abstractHuman resources become a top priority factors in an organization. Reflected through good employee work discipline. A company can create a disciplined character through the implementation of a punishment system, providing support to employees and providing training to support employee knowledge and skills which in turn will improve employee work discipline. This study aims to analyze the effect of the punishment system, training, and perceived organizational support on the employee discipline. The effect between punishment system, training, and perceived organizational support on the will be analyzed partially and simultaneous on employee discipline The form of research used is quantitative with an associative approach. Research sampling using the Slovin formula with a total of 63 respondents as samples. The primary data used in this study were obtained by distributing questionnaires directly and secondary data were obtained through literature studies. Data analysis methods in research use instrument tests, classical assumption tests, multiple linear analysis tests and hypothesis tests using SPSS. The results of the study showed that the variables of punishment system and perceived organizational support had a significant partial effect on the work discipline of PT Pelindo Multi Terminal employees. And the training variable has no significant effect on work discipline. Simultaneously, the variables of the punishment system, training and perceived organizational support have a significant effect on the variables of work discipline. The coefficient of determination test shows that there is a fairly close relationship between variables with an R value of 0,658. Through the adjust R square value, it is also known that the variables of the punishment system, training and perceived organizational support contribute 40,5% to the variable of work discipline while the remaining 59,5% is influenced by other variables outside this research model.en_US
