dc.description.abstractThe era of the industrial revolution 4.0 is an era of technology and globalization that makes competition in the business world more intense. In the era of global competition, the existence of reliable human resources has a more strategic role compared to other resources. Human resources are one of the key factors for the success of business in the company. This study aims to analyze how the influence of talent management, knowledge management and employee engagement on the performance of PT. Perkebunan Nusantara III (Persero) Medan HR Operational Section. The influence of talent management, knowledge management and employee engagement will be partially and simultaneously analyzed on employee performance. The form of research used in this research is quantitative research with an associative approach. Sampling was carried out through a saturated sampling technique with 45 respondents as samples. The primary data used in this study were obtained by distributing questionnaires directly while skunder data were obtained through literature studies. The data analysis methods used are validity test, reliability test, classical assumption test, multiple linear regression test, and hypothesis test. The results of the study showed that the variables talent management (X1), knowledge management (X2) and employee engagement (X3) had a significant effect on employee performance and all free variables simultaneously (simultaneously) affected employee performance. The determinant coefficient test shows that there is a fairly close relationship between talent management, knowledge management and employee engagement to employee performance with an R value of 0.883. Through the adjusted R square value, it is also known that the variables between talent management, knowledge management and employee engagement contributed 76.2% to the employee performance variables while the remaining 23.8% was influenced by other variables that were not discussed in this study.en_US
