dc.description.abstractThe success of a company is closely related to the quality of employee performance. Employee performance can be called good if the activities within the company are carried out effectively and the results are by what the company has set. Work effectiveness will be achieved if an employee can work according to the specified time with good quality. This study aims to analyze how the influence of standard operating procedures, work environment, and organizational citizenship behavior on the effectiveness of employee work of PT Perkebunan Nusantara III (Persero) HR Operations Section. The influence between standard operating procedures, work environment, and organizational citizenship behavior will be analyzed partially and simultaneously on employee work effectiveness. The form of research used in this research is quantitative research with an causal associative approach. Sampling was done through a nonprobability sampling technique and used 45 respondents as samples. The data collection method used in this study is primary data obtained by distributing questionnaires while secondary data is obtained through literature studies. The analysis methods used are the validity test, reliability test, classical assumption test, multiple linear analysis, and hypothesis testing. The results of the research conducted show that the variables of standard operating procedures (X1), work environment (X2), and organizational citizenship behavior (X3) have a positive and significant effect on work effectiveness and all independent variables simultaneously affect work effectiveness (Y). The coefficient of determination test shows that there is a fairly close relationship between standard operating procedures, work environment, and organizational citizenship behavior on work effectiveness with an R-value of 0.822. Through the adjusted R square value, it is also known that the standard operating procedure, work environment, and organizational citizenship behavior variables contribute 65,3% to employee work effectiveness while the remaining 34,7% is influenced by other variables not discussed in this study.en_US
