Penentuan Prioritas Pengerjaan Order dengan Metode TOPSIS dan Fuzzy Multi Attribute Decision Making (FUZZY MADM) pada PT. Lima Inti Cahaya

Abstract

PT. Lima Inti Cahaya is a company engaged in construction services such as assessment, planning, design, supervision, and management of building construction. This company's consumers are other companies that need construction services to build or carry out a wholesale job. Incoming orders cannot be executed immediately because they are still working on orders that have been entered before. The purpose of this research is to determine the priority of order processing by companies using the Technique for Order Preference By Similarity To Ideal Solution (TOPSIS) and Multi-Attribute Decision Making (MADM) methods. The results showed that the order of priority for order execution using the TOPSIS method was casting roads with Ready Mix K225 each in Langkat Oil Palm Estate, Meranti Paham Garden, Labuhan Batu, Bandar Pasir Mandoge Garden, Simalungun, Marjandi Estate, Simalungun, Loading Ramp Casting in the Garden. Adolina, Deli Serdang, Road Casting with Manual Molen in the Bukit Lima Bosar Maligas Garden, Simalungun, Mandailing Natal East Garden and Mandailing Natal Laping Batang Garden. While the MADM fuzzy method, the order of priority for order execution differs only in the casting of the Loading Ramp at Adolina Gardens, Deli Serdang and Road Casting at Marjandi Gardens, Simalungun. The improvements made by knowing the order of priority for processing orders with the two methods are acceleration of mall completion for each order, namely Casting Roads with Manual Molen in East Mandailing Natal Estate (25%), Casting of Roads with Manual Molen in Batang Laping Mandailing Natal Estate (30%), Road Casting with Manual Molen at Bukit Lima Bosar Maligas Plantation, Simalungun (40%), Road Casting with Ready Mix K225 at Langkat Oil Palm Plantation (40%), Road Casting with Ready Mix K225 at Kebun Marjandi, Simalungun ( 40%), Casting of a Road with Ready Mix K225 at Bandar Pasir Mandoge Estate, Simalungun (40%), Casting of a Loading Ramp with Ready Mix K225 at Kebun Adolina, Deli Serdang (33%), and Casting of a Road with Ready Mix K225 at Kebun Meranti Paham, Labuhan Batu (25%). There is no delay in sending orders for finishing if mall delays do not occur.
