    Pengaruh Perceived Organizational Support dan Beban Kerja terhadap Produktivitas Kerja Karyawan pada Perumda Tirtauli Kota Pematang Siantar

    Abstract
    Every company certainly wants employees who have high productivity capabilities, the goal is to get profits that must be supported by the optimal ability of these employees. This is what makes employee productivity very important in achieving company goals because productivity is a benchmark for the company's success in achieving goals. Several factors affect productivity such as perceived organizational support and the workload received by employees. This study aims to analyze how the influence of perceived organizational support and workload on employee work productivity in Perumda Tirtauli Pematang Siantar City. The effect of perceived organizational support and workload will be analyzed partially and simultaneously on employee work productivity. The form of research used in this study is quantitative research with an associative approach. The population in this study was all employees of Perumda Tirtauli Pematang Siantar city totaling 390 respondents with a sample of 80 respondents using simple random sampling techniques. The primary data used in this study was obtained by distributing questionnaires directly while secondary data was obtained through literature studies. The data analysis methods used are instrument tests, classical assumption tests, multiple linear regression analysis, and hypothesis tests. The results showed that perceived organizational support and workload significantly both partially and simultaneously had a positive effect on employee work productivity. The determination coefficient test shows that there is a very close relationship between perceived organizational support and workload with an R-value of 0.879. Based on the Adjusted R Square value, it is also known that the variables perceived organizational support and workload contribute 76.7% to the variable of employee work productivity, while the remaining 23.3% is influenced by factors outside the capital of this study.
