Pengendalian Mutu Produksi Air Mineral di PT. Tirta Sibayakindo (Danone Aqua Group) Menggunakan Peta Kendali Variabel X Bar S Chart Periode September-Desember 2017
Abstract
Statistical Quality Control (SQC) is a problem-solving technique used to monitor, control, analyze, manage and improve products and processes using statistical methods. SQC is often referred to as Statistical Process Control (SPC). Formulation of the problem in research entitled "Quality Control of Mineral Water Production at PT. Tirta Sibayakindo (Danone Aqua Berastagi) Using the Xbar-S Chart Full Period September-December 2017 "This is to find out whether the production is in in statistical control condition or is in compliance with the process control standard. In the applied analysis, it is concluded that the standard deviation diagram control limit value is 0 ≤ 619,64 ≤ 1406,58. Based on these control limits, it can be concluded that the production of mineral water at PT. Tirta Sibayakindo (Danone Aqua Group) is still within the control limits or in accordance with process control standards. Statistical Quality Control (SQC) atau pengendalian mutu statistik merupakan teknik penyelesaian masalah yang digunakan untuk memonitor, mengendalikan, menganalisis, mengelola dan memperbaiki produk dan proses menggunakan metode-metode statistik. SQC sering disebut sebagai statistik pengendalian proses (Statistical Process Control/SPC). Perumusan masalah dalam penelitian yang berjudul “Pengendalian Mutu Produksi Air Mineral di PT. Tirta Sibayakindo (Danone Aqua Berastagi) Menggunakan Peta Kendali xbar-S Chart Periode September-Desember 2017” ini adalah untuk mengetahui apakah hasil produksi berada dalam kondisi in statistical control atau telah sesuai dengan standar pengendalian proses. Dalam analisis yang diterapkan, diperoleh kesimpulan bahwa nilai batas kontrol diagram standar deviasi adalah 0 ≤ 619,64 ≤ 1406,58. Berdasarkan batas kontrol tersebut, maka dapat ditarik kesimpulan bahwa produksi air mineral di PT. Tirta Sibayakindo (Danone Aqua Group) masih dalam batas kontrol atau sesuai dengan standar pengendalian proses.
