Analisis Hubungan Sosial Antar Suku di Masyarakat Aceh Tenggara

Abstract

A fact that cannot be denied in a multicultural area such as Southeast Aceh which consists of various social diversity, ethnic groups, culture, religion, political aspirations will always coexist. The social relations of the community in multicultural areas can be said to be good, marked by people who can mingle with various ethnic groups without having to discriminate between people. This study aims to provide an overview of social relations in the people of Southeast Aceh and the values in society that create social integration. Social integration is also needed in building togetherness, the regularity of different human characters can be harmonized with integrity. This study also uses a qualitative research method with a type of method using phenomenology. The data obtained was obtained through observation, documentation, and in-depth interviews to obtain accurate data. The research was conducted with 9 informants who had lived long enough and understood southeast Aceh. The results of this study indicate that social relations between tribes in southeast Aceh are running well and harmoniously so that people try to complement each other. Differences make people look after each other more and help each other, so that conflicts in multiculturalism can always be mitigated properly. Southeast Aceh is a district with people who live side by side and respect each other and respect the existence of local tribes and immigrant tribes. The high level of tolerance makes the people of Southeast Aceh consider differences not to be a problem in their daily lives
