dc.description.abstractThe development of a business cannot be separated from human capitals, human capital are important for companies as valuable assets that cannot be easily replaced by other human capitals. Thus, if human capital governance is carried out properly, the business development of a company will run well. However, fashion of the Small and Medium Enterprises (UMKM) players are still considered to have not maximized the potential of human capital in improving of the Small and Medium Enterprises (UMKM) performance. In addition, to achieve a growing business requires two main perspectives in implementing business development. The purpose of this study to determine the effect of Two Main Perspective on Human Capital Management and analyze the effect of Two Main Perpective to the development of the Small and Medium Enterprises (UMKM) in the Mix Outfit business.Therefore can be seen whether the Mix Outfit business applies the Two Main Perspective concept in its business activities. This study uses a qualitative method which aims to describe the phenomena that is occured. Data collection techniques that are used in this study are interviews, observation and documentation. This study collects information from interviewing informants consisting of key informants, main informants and additional informants. The data analysis technique uses the data reduction process, data presentation and discussion. The output of this study indicate that Mix Outfit in business activities has implemented The Two Main Perspectives. However, this did not run completely smoothly or it can be said that it was less effective, because it was found that there were ongoing problems arising from practices in applaying the Two Main Perspective concept. This is because the Mix Outfit it less able to adapt in the ever growing and changing business world. It can be concluded that a good application of the Two Main Perspective concept can be the basis for a company’s business development.en_US
