PT SOCFINDO Kebun Tanah Gambus is a company that produces palm
oil which is processed into crude palm oil (CPO). The condition of employee
performance at PT SOCFINDO Kebun Tanah Gambus has not shown good
performance with a decrease in the difference in achieving production targets
from the company. Based on these problems, employee performance at PT
SOCFINDO Kebun Tanah Gambus can be influenced by organizational learning,
work stres and employee recognition.
The purpose of this research was to determine the effect of organizational
learning, work stress and employee recognition on employee performance at PT
SOCFINDO Kebun Tanah Gambus. The influence between organizational
learning, work stress and employee recognition will be analyzed partially and
simultaneously on employee performance.
The form of research that will be used in this research is quantitative
research with an associative approach. Sampling was done through purposive
sampling technique and used 89 respondents as samples. Primary data used in
this study were obtained by distributing questionnaires directly while secondary
data were obtained through literature studies. The data analysis methods used are
validity test, reliability test, classical assumption test, multiple linear regression
analysis, and hypothesis testing.
The results of the research conducted show that the variables of
organizational learning (X1), job stress (X2), and employee recognition (X3) have
a positive and significant effect both partially and together (simultaneously) on
employee performance (Y). The coefficient of determination test shows that there
is a fairly close relationship between organizational learning, work stress and
employee recognition on employee performance with an R value of 0.886.
Through the adjusted R square value, it is also known that the organizational
learning, work stress and employee recognition variables contribute 77.8% to the
employee performance variable.
