Primary data used in this study were obtained by distributing questionnaires directly while secondary data was obtained through library research. The data analysis method used is instrument test, classical assumption test, multiple linear regression analysis, and hypothesis testing. The results showed that the independent variables human relations (X1), work discipline (X2), and work environment (X3) partially and together (simultaneously) influence the dependent variable, namely employee performance (Y). Based on the test results, the value of the correlation coefficient (R) is 0.954, which means that there is a relationship between the variables human relations (X1), work discipline (X2), and work environment (X3) on employee work (Y) of 95.4 % so that the relationship between these variables can be categorized as very close. While the Adjusted R Square value is 0.901 or the determinant coefficient value shows that the variables human relations (X1), work discipline (X2), and work environment (X3) on employee performance (Y) are 90.1%, while the remaining 9.9% influenced by other factors outside this research model.
