dc.description.abstractPTPN IV Adolina company needs a better assessment of employee work productivity so that the company can run better too. Assessment of work productivity can be done by analyzing the factorsthat influence employeework productivity such asself-efficacy and locus of control, so that it can be seen which factors are more influential in increasing employee work productivity in the company PTPN IV Adolina. Assessment of employee work productivity is increasingly important when the company will improve the products produced by the company.This study aimed to measure the effect of self efficacy on employee work productivity, how big is the effect locus of control on employee work productivity, and see the effect of self efficacy and locus of control on employee work productivity partially and simultaneously. This research used quantitative research methods. The population in this study were employee at PTPN IV Adolina the sample were 48. Sampling is carry out using purposive sampling method. The method of using data used a questionnaire method which was measured using a Likert scale. The analysis method used in this research was instrument test, classical assumption test, multiple linear regression analysis, and hypothesis testing. The tests were carried out using Ms. Excel and SPSS ver 25. The results indicate that self efficacy variables have a positive and significant effect on employee work productivity, while locus of control also have a positive and significant impact on employee work productivity, and than self efficacy and locus of control have a positive and significant effect on employee work producttivity simultaneously. The coefficient of determination test shows that there is a very close relationship between self-efficacy and locus of control with an R value of 0.874. Based on the Adjusted R Square value, it is also known thatself-efficacy and locus of control variables contribute 76.3% to employee work productivity variables, while the remaining 23.7%isinfluencedby factors outside thisstudyen_US
