dc.description.abstract | Human resources are those who drive and manage the production factors of
an organization or company. It is impossible for an organization or business to
achieve its goals without qualified human resources. In order for a company to
achieve its goals, of course the company must be able to care for, foster and make its
workers comfortable, so that competent workers in the company do not want to move,
even leave the company because of a lack of company attention. The employee
turnover rate in Indonesia reaches 25.8%, making it the country with the third
highest employee turnover rate in the world. This phenomenon certainly has the
potential to cause losses for the company.
This study aims to analyze how the effect of Job Stress and Job Insecurity on
Turnover Intention at PT. Pelindo Multi Terminal. The influence of Job Stress and
Job Insecurity will be analyzed partially and simultaneously on Turnover Intention.
The form of research used in this research is quantitative research. The
population in this study are employees of PT. Pelindo Multi Terminal with a total of
179 people with a sampling technique using Simple Random Sampling with a total
sample of 65. Primary data used in this study was obtained by distributing
questionnaires directly while secondary data was obtained through library research.
The data analysis method used is instrument test, classical assumption test, multiple
linear regression analysis, and hypothesis testing.
The results showed that Job stress and Job insecurity had a significant effect
either partially or simultaneously on Turnover Intention at PT Pelindo Multiterminal.
The coefficient of determination test shows that there is a close relationship between
Job Stress and Job Insecurity with an R value of 0.633. Based on the Adjusted R
Square value, it is also known that the Job Stress and Job Insecurity variables
contribute 31,9% to the Turnover Intention variable, while the remaining is
influenced by factors outside the capital of this study. | en_US |
