The development of globalization makes many companies compete for the market share. Companies improve each other to have readiness to survive in change supported by the readiness of their employees. In this case, the performance of PT Telkom Witel Medan employees has decreased as seen from the number of IndiHome market shares in recent years. This research is intended to determine the effect of self-efficacy, job satisfaction and perceived organizational support on the performance of BGES Division employees at PT Telkom Witel Medan. The influence of the three variables will be analyzed partially and simultaneously on employee performance. The form used in this research is quantitative research with an associative approach. Sampling was carried out through a non-probability sampling technique using a saturated sample of 47 respondents. The primary data used in this research was obtained by distributing questionnaires and interviews while the secondary data was obtained through a literature study. The data analysis method used is validity test, reliability test, classic assumption test, multiple linear regression analysis, and hypothesis testing. The results of this research showed that the self efficacy (X1), job satisfaction (X2) and perceived organizational support (X3) have a positive and significant effect both partially and simultaneously on employee performance (Y). The coefficient of determination test shows that there is a fairly close relationship between self-efficacy, job satisfaction and perceived organizational support on employee performance with the value of R equals 0.881. Through the value of the adjusted R square it is also known that the variables of self-efficacy, job satisfaction and perceived organizational support contribute 75.9% to employee performance variables while the remaining 24.1% are influenced by other variables which is not discussed in this study.en_US
