Human resource management is an important basis in the world of work to obtain employees who have superior value and high productivity. The decrease in productivity is caused by lack of motivation and organizational culture and the emergence of turnover intention so that the quality of employee work is not optimal. This study aims to analyze how the influence of motivation, organizational culture and turnover intention on employee work productivity (Study on Employees of PT Bank Sumut Medan Head Office Human Resources Division). The influence between motivation, organizational culture and turnover intention will be analyzed partially and simultaneously on employee work productivity. The form of research used in this study is quantitative research with an associative approach. Sampling was carried out through saturated sampling techniques and used 41 respondents as samples.The primary data used in this study was obtained by distributing questionnaires directly to employees (respondents) while secondary data was obtained through literature studies. The data analysis techniques used are validity tests and reliability tests. The data analysis methods used are classical assumption test, multiple linear regression analysis and hypothesis test. The results of this study show that motivation, organizational culture and turnover intention have a significant effect, both partially and simultaneously (together) on employee work productivity. The coefficient of determination test shows that there is a fairly close relationsfphip between motivation, organizational culture and turnover intention on employee work productivity with an R value of 0.754. Through the value of Adjusted R Square or the value of the coefficient of determination shows that the variables Motivation (X1), Organizational Culture (X2) and Turnover Intention (X3) can explain the variable Work Productivity (Y) by 53.4% and the rest is influenced by other variables that cannot be explained in this study by 46.6%.
