dc.description.abstractCurrently, palm oil companies are one of the contributors to the country's foreign exchange earnings and are also the main cog in the business world. Plantations play a very important role in the development and economic growth ofpeople in Indonesia. Low productivity of employees in an organization is still a realproblem to be reviewed. A strategy is needed to increase employee productivity in a company, namely by taking into account the climate, culture and work environment. This study aims to determine the effect of Organizational Climate on Employee Productivity of PT Perkebunan Nusantara III Medan HR Operations Section, to determine the effect of Organizational Culture on Employee Productivity PT Perkebunan Nusantara III Medan HR Operations Division and to determine the effect of Work Environment on Employee Productivity PT Perkebunan Nusantara III Medan HR Operations Section. This research is a quantitative research. The type of data used in this study isprimary data and secondary data. The population in this study were employees of PTPerkebunan Nusantara III Medan, HR Operations Section. The sample used in this study was 35 respondents. The sampling technique uses non-probability sampling with saturated sampling method. Data collection techniques through distributing questionnaires directly with a Likert scale. The analytical tool used is the SPSS Version 26 program. Data analysis methods are data validity and reliability tests, classical assumption tests, multiple linear regression analysis tests, partial tests, simultaneous tests, and coefficient of determination tests. The results of this study indicate that the value of the independent variable significantly influences employee productivity (Y). The Adjusted R Square value or the coefficient of determination value above showsthat OrganizationalClimate (X1), Organizational Culture (X2), and Work Environment (X3) on Employee Productivity (Y) is 70% while the remaining 30% is influenced by other variables outside the variable researched.en_US
