The results of the study succeeded in answering the research gap between networking behavior and subjective career success by including pro-growth absorptive capacity as a mediating variable, which proved to be positive and significant. This research also succeeded in confirming the role of pro-growth absorptive capacity as a full mediator between leadership and subjective career success, as a partial mediation between inclusive leadership and innovative work behavior as well as networking behavior and subjective career success. Furthermore, the results of the study were able to prove that networking behavior has a direct influence on subjective career success, which in previous studies could not be concluded consistently.
