Pengaruh Profitabilitas, Likuditas dan Leverage terhadap Harga Saham dengan Earnning Per Share sebagai Variabel Moderating pada Perusahaan Properti di Bursa Efek Indonesia

Abstract

The objective of this research is to examine and analyze effects of profitability, liquidity and leverage on stock prices of property and real estate companies listed on Indonesia Stock Exchange. It also aims at determining whether earnings per share is able to moderate the effects of the correlation liquidity profitability and leverage on stock prices. This research is included in a descriptive study using 46 samples consisting of the property companies listed on /DX during the period.fi·om 2016 until 2020. The ana(vtical methods employed are panel data regression analysis and residual djfference test (modifying variable) using the help ofEviews l 0 software. The re.search results shows that partially profitability has a positive and significant effect on stock prices, liquidity has a negative and insignificant effect on stock prices, leverage has a positive and significant effect on stock prices; furthermore, profitability, liquidity and leverage simultaneously have a positive and significant effects on share prices of the property companies listed on Indonesia Stock Exchange, as well as earnings per share strengthen the effects of profitability,Uquidity and leverage on the share prices ofthe property companies listed on Indonesia Stock Exchange.
