dc.description.abstractIn the current era of disruption, the organization is a dynamic entity in an ever-changing world that seeks to fulfill its mission through short, medium and long term programs and objectives. Amid the Covid-19 Pandemic PT. Angkasa Pura II Kualanamu International Airport faces various situations that have an impact on the company's operations. In dealing with the Covid-19 situation, various work adaptations are needed in order to keep the company running. Knowledge management is needed in this condition to be able to support employee performance, where an important point in knowledge management is to make knowledge sharing. This study aims to analyze how the effect of knowledge sharing on employee performance at PT. Angkasa Pura II Kualanamu International Airport. As well as describing how knowledge sharing and employee performance at PT. Angkasa Pura II Kualanamu International Airport. This research uses a type of quantitative research with an associative approach. Sampling using 84 respondents as a research sample. The primary data in this study were obtained from distributing questionnaires via Google Forms and secondary data were obtained through library research. The analytical method used is validly test, classical assumption test, reliability test, simple linear regression analysis and hypothesis testing. The results of the research conducted show that the variable knowledge sharing (X) has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Based on the coefficient of determination test, there is a fairly close relationship between knowledge sharing and employee performance with an R value of 0.332.Through the value of the adjusted R square there is a contribution of knowledge sharing of 32.4% of employee performance. While the remaining 67.6% is influenced by other variables not explained in this study.en_US
