dc.description.abstractThis study aims to see the effect of giving rewards on employee job satisfaction at PT Casa Woodworking. This research uses quantitative research methods. The data collection method used is a Likert scale consisting of a reward scale and a job satisfaction scale. Giving rewards affects job satisfaction. Data collection for this study was carried out by distributing questionnaires in physical form and google form to 76 subjects. The study results show that the reward variable has a positive effect of 62.1% on job satisfaction. This shows that rewards increase employee job satisfaction at PT Casa Woodworking Industry. The implication is that this research can expand information about the effect of reward on employee job satisfaction at PT Casa Woodworking Industry.en_US
