Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of the use of information technology, the effectiveness of accounting information systems, trust in accounting information systems, internal control systems on employee performance at PT. POS Indonesia (persero) a major post office in the city of Medan. The population of this research is 60 employees. This study used a census sample technique to obtain a sample, in order to obtain a sample of 60 employees. The data analysis technique used is descriptive statistical analysis and multiple linear analysis. The results show that the simultaneous use of accounting information technology, the effectiveness of accounting information systems, trust in accounting information systems, internal control systems have a significant effect on employee performance, while partially the use of accounting information technology, the effectiveness of accounting information systems, trust in accounting information systems, Internal control system has a positive effect on employee performance at PT. POS Indonesia (persero) a major post office in the city of Medan.
