    Abstract
Innovation along with the times is increasing, one of which is about efficient and environmentally friendly technology. These technologies such as the utilization of wind, water, heat, electromagnetic waves and others into electrical energy is called energy harvesting. Electromagnetic signal waves are widely used as the main communication medium in this time, because there are many electromagnetic signals in free air. Over time, a lot of research to be able to take advantage of electromagnetic signals. The research yielded results in which electromagnetic signals are alternative energy that can be converted into electrical energy or also known as energy harvesting. The technology is called rectenna (rectifier antenna) which functions to convert electromagnetic signal waves into electricity with direct current. The purpose of making this thesis is to make a prototype that can convert electromagnetic signal waves into electrical energy using a rectifier circuit combined with a television antenna. In this final project, a prototype energy harvesting system is designed using a rectifier circuit using method voltage doubler 10-stage with a schottky diode MBRB20100CT and capacitor 100 pF as well as television antenna yagi-uda. In testing the energy harvesting system prototype that was carried out, the largest output reached 1.565 V in the form of a DC voltage. So that the application of the system is intended for equipment that requires a low power supply such as mini sensors and indicator lights.
