dc.description.abstract | Quality Function Deployment (QFD) is a methodology that determines the
priority needs and desires of consumers and combines the needs and desires of
consumers. Application of methodology (QFD) in the product process begins with the
formation of a matrix or called House of Quality (HOQ) to describe the level of quality
that customers want. This study aims to identify customer requirements and technical
requirements in an effort to improve the quality of service in Medan Napoleon and
examine the application of Quality Function Deployment (QFD) in an effort to improve
the quality of service in Medan Napoleon and the results of research with validity and
reliability test is questionnaire or question item significantly correlated against the total
score (declared valid) and the reliable or trusted questionnaire as a data collection tool

dc.description.abstract | Quality Function Deployment (QFD) merupakan suatu metodologi yang
menentukan prioritas kebutuhan dan keinginan konsumen serta menggabungkan
kebutuhan dan keinginan konsumen. Penerapan metodologi (QFD) dalam proses produk
diawali dengan pembentukan matriks atau disebut House of Quality (HOQ) yang mampu
menggambarkan tingkat kualitas yang diinginkan pelanggan. Penelitian ini bertujuan
untuk mengidentifikasi persyaratan pelanggan dan persyaratan teknik dalam usaha
meningkatkan kualitas pelayanan di Medan Napoleon dan mengkaji penerapan Quality
Function Deployment (QFD) dalam usaha meningkatkan kualitas pelayanan di Medan
Napoleon serta hasil penelitian dengan uji validitas dan reliabilitas adalah kuesioner atau
item pertanyaan berkorelasi signifikan terhadap skor total (dinyatakan valid) dan
kuesioner reliabel atau terpercaya sebagai alat pengumpul data dalam penelitian. | en_US |
