Violence against children and women is an issue that should not be underestimated and considered unimportant and even considered a backward problem. Because this violence when viewed in more detail can have serious impacts such as trauma, depression, anti-social behavior, to suicide. This violence can be handled by KemenPPPA through its services, namely, legal services, medical services, social rehabilitation services, repatriation services, and social reintegration services. Cases that are submitted to complaints continue to grow, but the officers and identification of complaints are still done manually so it takes longer to handle or follow up on complaints such as providing services. Therefore, this study aims to use service-based violence against women and children, automatic victim complaint sentences with Gated Recurrent Units and word insertion fasttext. The study was conducted using a dataset of 5799 sentences of complaints from victims of violence against women and children. From the model that has been built in this study, the AUC and Hamming loss values as evaluations are 0.97 for the AUC value and 0.09 for the Hamming Loss value.en_US
