Abstract
This research was conducted to examine the influence of information system quality, user competency, perceived usefulness, and top management support on user satisfaction of accounting information systems. This research model refers to the behavior model of using information system technology, namely the Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) developed by DeLone and McLean. The object of this research was carried out at the Departement of Population and Civil Registration of Langkat Regency. This type of research is causal associative research with quantitative techniques, namelny research that aims to determine the relationship between two or more variables. The data used in this study is primary data using a questionnaire and distributed to 35 questionnaires to employees who use the accounting information at the Departement of Population and Civil Registration of Langkat Regency. The data analysis method used in this study is Multiple Linier Regression Analysis and with the help of SPSS version 22. The results found in this study are as follows: (1) the quality of information systems has a positive and significant effect on user satisfaction of accounting information systems, (2) use competency has a positive and significant effect on user, (3) perceived usefulness has an effect positive and significant effect on user satisfaction effect on user satisfaction of a accounting information systems, (4) top management supports has a positive and significant effect on user satisfaction of accounting information systems.
