Abstract
This study aims to determine the effect of internal control. commitment organization and organizational culture to the application of the principles of good corporate governance at PT Bank Mandiri (Persero) Tbk. Perdagangan Branch.
The type of research method that used is causal assosiative with quantitative research approach. The respondents of this research are 40 officers of PT. Bank Mandiri (Persero) Tbk. Perdagangan Branch. The type of data that used is primary data. The technique for receiving data of this research is quesionaire with ordinal scale. Dependent variable in this research is the application of the principles of good corporate governance at PT. Bank Mandiri (Persero) Tbk. Perdagangan Branch and the independent variables are internal control, commitment organization and organizational culture. The analysis data method that used are instrument data test, descriptive statistic, classic assumption test, double linear regression method and hyphothesis test.
The result of this study prove that partially internal control and organizational culture influence the application of the principles of good corporate governance at PT. Bank Mandiri (Persero) Tbk. Perdagangan Branch. while commitment organization does not influence the application of the principles of good corporate governance at PT. Bank Mandiri (Persero) Tbk. Perdagangan Branch. This study also prove that internal control, commitmen organization, and organizational culture culture influence the application of the principles of good corporate governance at PT. Bank Mandiri (Persero) Tbk. Perdagangan Branch simultaneously
