Pengaruh Dana Alokasi Umum, Pendapatan Asli Daerah, Belanja Modal, dan Dana Bagi Hasil Bukan Pajak terhadap Pertumbuhan Ekonomi di Kabupaten/Kota Provinsi Sumatera Utara

Abstract

This study aims to determine the influence of the General Allocation Fund, the Regional Revenue, the Capital Expenditure and the non tax profit sharing on Economic Growth in the County / City of North Sumatra Province who regularly publishes financial lapran since the year 2016 to 2019. The data used is Local Government Financial Statements of each sample, obtained from a report published by the Central Bureau of Statistics of North Sumatra Province. The method of analysis used in this research is quantitative method, with the classic assumption test, and statistical analysis of multiple linear regression analysis. Sampling method used is puposive sampling. Variable of this study is the General Allocation Fund as a variable X1, the Regional Revenue as a variable X2, Capital Expenditures as a variable X3, non tax profit sharing as a variable X4 and Economic Growth as a variable Y with the total samples per year for 20 County and City. Test results showed that the variables partially General Allocation Fund, the Regional Revenue, the Capital Expenditure and the non tax profit sharing the significant positive impact on economic growth.
