dc.description.abstractOn industrialization era at this time, requires every business person to be able to compete strictly to expand their market share. The level of success of a company can be measured through the performance given by employees to the company. For this reason, business people must be able to develop human resources so that they can encourage employee performance in achieving company goals. This study aims to determine the effect of authoritation leadership, loyalty and training partially on employee performance at Restaurant Mie Aceh Titi Bobrok. Then the next goal is to determine the effect of authoritation leadership, loyalty and training together or simultaneously on the performance of employees of Restaurant Mie Aceh Titi Bobrok. This type of research is quantitative research with an associative approach. The population in this study were employees of The Restaurant Mie Aceh Titi Bobrok, the sample was determined to be 32 respondents with a saturated sampling technique. Data collection techniques in this study used primary and secondary data obtained through books and jurnals related to this research. The data analysis method used is validity test, reliability test, classical assumption test, multiple linear analysis, partial test and determination test. The result of this study indicate that authritation leadership variable has an insignificant effect and positive on employee performance, loyalty and training have a significant effect and positive on employee performance. Authoritation leadership, loyalty and training simultaneously influence employee performance, with an R value of 0,938, where the coefficient value indicates the effect of authoritation leadership, loyalty and training of 93,8% on employee performance, which means it is classified as strong. Adjust R Square value is 86,6%, while the remaining 13,4% is influenced by other variables not explained in this study.en_US
