The problems experienced by parents at this time are increasingly complex when
discussing children's developmental needs. The rapid development of the digital era
makes parents worry about the development and growth of their children. As the
economy advances and times, many parents lose important time in their children's
growth due to busyness. This is also the main factor causing the need for good
parenting to be hampered.
To try to overcome this problem, we tried to find a way out by choosing care and
learning from preschool and daycare. This is a good alternative for parents to
continue to guarantee good parenting, care and learning needs for early childhood.
Starting from looking at several literature studies as comparison material about
good preschool and daycare facilities, then looking at some of the problems that
arise when conducting comparative surveys for a complete analysis such as
location selection, analysis of sites, space programs and activities, interior layout,
appearance to structure and utility. From the analysis process will produce a
concept.
Through this concept, it is supported by the chosen theme, which is a metaphorical
architecture that takes the basic concept of a block puzzle, which will produce a
preschool and daycare design that succeeds in becoming a place for early
childhood to play and learn, as its original purpose was to be a school and home
that is fun learning.
