dc.description.abstractThis study aims to determine the effect of social support on career maturity in students who feel the wrong major class of 2022 at the University of North Sumatra. This study uses quantitative research methods with sampling techniques, namely convenience sampling. The sample in this study were 2022 students at the University of North Sumatra who stated that they had the wrong major with a total of 373 people. The data collection method uses a scale consisting of a social support scale and career maturity. The data analysis method used is simple regression analysis. The results showed that social support has a positive effect on career maturity in students, where the higher the social support received, the higher the career maturity of students. The magnitude of the influence of social support on career maturity in this study is 34,1% and the remaining 65,9% is the influence of other variables not examined in this study.en_US
