Abstract

Manggrove Beach is a beach located in Seinagalawan Village, Serdang Bedagai District, with an area of 1,000 hectares. The journey from the city of Medan to Manggrove Beach takes approximately 2 hours using land vehicle transportation. Mangrove beach is one of the leading tourist attractions in Perbauangan Regency. In addition, Manggrove Beach is also surrounded by mangrove forests which are educational tourism areas. There are 13 types of mangroves. Development of potential in the tourism sector, Mangrove beaches require accommodation and other facilities for tourists visiting the Sei Nagalawan Village. The writing method used is comparative study, survey and literature study. There is a need for lodging providing complete facilities in the Manggrove Beach ecotourism area to attract the attention of tourists with a tropical architectural perspective and considering ecotourism principles in the form of designing a Resort Hotel in the mangrove beach area of Sei Nagalawan village.
