| dc.description.abstract | In Indonesia, many young people join a community, club or hold youth events (activities), especially in the city of Medan. This shows that teenagers in Medan City have great potential both in terms of art, creativity and sports. This potential must be balanced with facilities that can accommodate these activities. The design of the Youth Center in Medan City aims to provide facilities for arts, sports and content creation activities to assist youth in expressing and increasing their creativity. The design of the Youth Center uses a contemporary architectural approach that is considered suitable for the character of young people who keep up with the times. Contemporary architectural principles applied through the building design must show freedom in design, apply materials that clearly express their characteristics, prioritize function, have a dynamic and proportional form, and be integrated with the outer space. | en_US |
