motivation, and work environment. Competence is the ability of employees to carry
out work supported by the skills and work knowledge required by the job. Problems
with competence, namely the incompatibility of work understanding, work
experience and level of education will result in various mistakes in carrying out
work that is detrimental to the company. The phenomenon found at PT Rimba
Mujur Mahkota is the finding of a decrease in employee performance which is
shown through the achievement of targets and the realization of daily work. With a
total of 1123 employees, it is quite difficult to carry out overall control by the
company. PT. Rimba Mujur Mahkota is a modern corporate company that has
international standards and is involved in agriculture and the palm oil industry. The
object of research examined in this study are the factors that influence employee
performance. To achieve this goal, a method is needed that is relevant to the goal
