    Pengaruh Lingkungan Kerja, Motivasi dan Disiplin Kerja terhadap Kinerja Karyawan pada PT. Mulia Tani Jaya

    Abstract
    Human resources are the most important asset in a company so that companies should have high job performance. Increased employee performance is supported by the work environment, work motivation, and work discipline. PT Mulia Jaya Tani is a manufacturing company engaged in the production of palm oil into CPO and PK. Good working environmental conditions affect performance, for example the noise level at PT Mulia Jaya Tani is at 85 db at each work station and temperatures above 27 degrees Celsius are very risky for employee performance. In addition, the percentage of absences that are not met every month is a parameter of worker indiscipline at work. Lack of motivation towards employees affects the mutual relations and support that is built for each employee so that it has an impact on the performance of employees. The purpose of this study is to determine the factors that influence the performance of employees at PT. Honorable Tani Jaya. The method used is multiple linear regression analysis to analyze the relationship and influence of the independent variables and the dependent variable. The results of the study are the influence of the work environment on performance with a significance value of 0.046 <0.05 and a Tcount of 2.183 > Ttable 2.05954. There is no effect of the work motivation variable on employee performance with a significance value of 0.148 > 0.05 and a Tcount of -1.355 <Ttable 2.05954. There is an influence of the work discipline variable on employee performance with a significance value of 0.042 <0.05 and a Tcount of 2.202 > Ttable 2.05954. There is influence from work environment variables, work motivation, and work discipline on employee performance with a significance value of 0.005 and an Fcount value of 3.717 > Ftable 3.01. Work environment variables, work motivation and work discipline contributed 82.8% to PT. Honorable Tani Jaya. thus there are other variables that affect employee performance, namely 17.2%.
