Floating resort buildings are places for recreation and relaxation which are generally located in tourist areas. Lake Toba as a design location has the potential to introduce the tourism sector which can help the country's economy. Planning for a floating resort can be a means of introducing regional nature and culture in a tourist area. The selected site location is located in the Lake Toba tourist area, more precisely on the edge of Sigurgur, Simanindo District, Samosir Regency. The area is a new attraction for various ages and groups, with diverse natural beauty, ranging from white sand beaches and clear lake water, as well as hills that line the tourist area around Lake Toba. Behavioral architecture is an architecture that applies behavioral considerations in a design.
