The development of health and relaxation facilities in the right area will attract many visitors to come and participate in health and relaxation-based activities. A suitable facility is a wellness center. A wellness center is a building that accommodates many health and relaxation-based activities. Usually, wellness center facilities can be found in resorts, hotels, fitness facilities and other places. Taman Simalem Resort is a four-star resort that lacks wellness facilities. The development of a wellness center will greatly affect the Taman Simalem area. Visitors who come with the aim of relaxation will be further spoiled by the existence of this wellness facility. Resort visitors will also be more interested in coming with complete wellness facilities. So the construction of a wellness center in the Simalem Park area will be very profitable for the Simalem Park because there will be more visitors who come and visitors who come also benefit from the complete relaxation and health facilities in the Simalem Park. The construction of this wellness center will be very suitable with tropical architectural style, this is because the comfort formed from tropical architectural concepts is in line with the purpose of the wellness center being built.
