The Indonesian government has a responsibility to promote Indonesian national culture through protection, development, utilization, and fostering. By facilitating cultural activities, it can showcase and attract the attention and interest of others or the general public to the culture. This particular selection of the Architectural Metaphor Theme aims to symbolize culture, especially the culture of Medan City region, and provide an iconic impression and become a distinctive characteristic. Therefore, the "Performance Building" in Medan City as a public facility can contribute to the advancement of culture.
