    Abstract
    The Coronavirus Disease 2019 (COVID-19) pandemic had an impact on the work system in Indonesia. To prevent the spread of COVID-19, the Indonesian government applies the Work From Home (WFH) and Work From Office (WFO) work methods for all work activities. One company that applies this work method is BPJS Ketenagakerjaan. Based on initial interviews with several BPJS Ketenagakerjaan employees, several factors were found that resulted in the employee's performance being less than optimal while applying the WFH work method. Employee performance is one of the important points in determining the success of a company or government agency to achieve its goals. Several factors that affect the performance of these employees are employees who do not have good and adequate work facilities and work environment while working from home, working from home also creates barriers to communication between co-workers and superiors. In addition, COVID-19 has also resulted in delays in the distribution and reduction of employee incentives. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of work facilities, WFH and incentives on employee performance using multiple linear regression analysis method with the help of SPSS software. The results showed that partially work facilities had a positive and significant effect on employee performance at BPJS Ketenagakerjaan, partially WFH had a positive and significant effect on employee performance at BPJS Ketenagakerjaan, partially incentives had a positive and significant effect on employee performance at BPJS Ketenagakerjaan, simultaneously facilities work and WFH have a positive and significant effect on employee performance at BPJS Ketenagakerjaan, simultaneously work facilities and incentives have a positive and significant effect on employee performance at BPJS Ketenagakerjaan, simultaneously WFH and incentives have a positive and significant effect on employee performance at BPJS Ketenagakerjaan, simultaneously facilities employment, WFH and incentives have a positive and significant effect on employee performance at BPJS Ketenagakerjaan with a contribution of 60.7%, the remaining 39.3% is explained by other factors not examined in the regression model. the one obtained.
