dc.description.abstractElectricity demand in Indonesia continues to increase every year, the amount of power requested varies which can cause uneven load sharing so that the disruption of electricity distribution. To maintain a reliable distribution system in handling interference, it is necessary to install good protection equipment and make accurate settings on the equipment. In the installation of protection equipment installed on Panel HV06 PT PLN ULP Helvetia, namely Over Current Relay (OCR) and Ground Fault Relay (GFR) protection which functions to protect short circuit current interference. Over Current Relay installed on the HV06 panel is used to secure if there is a short circuit fault between phases while Ground Fault Relay protection is used to secure if there is a short circuit fault between the phases to the ground. The coordination system between Over Current Relay and coordination between Ground Fault Relay on panel HV06 is very good in overcoming interference. Evidently OCR and GFR are running well which can be seen in the control tool, namely the SEPAM Relay. The SEPAM relay works to compare the amount received such as current, voltage, time and frequency with a predetermined amount. Circuit Breaker will open automatically if there is a disturbance that serves to separate the disturbed components and will provide an alarm sound indication.en_US
