The development of a location unit for a new business is an omen of the success of a business. However proper analysis is needed so that the decision to develop is more effective and efficient. This research discusses a multidimensional database analysis as a model that can be used to support decision making. The analysis process was carried out temporally within the last five years. The data dimensions uses four basic dimensions, namely market dimensions, technical dimensions, human resource dimensions and social and economic dimensions, which will then produce a fact dimension. The schema used in the multidimensional database in this study is the star schema. The results of the analysis on the fact dimension are in the form of a score, which the score will represent one of the three classes, labels by recommended, considered and not recommended.
