dc.description.abstractOrganizational culture as a pattern of basic assumptions in the form of values, attitudes and behaviors that are applied to employees in a company to influence the behavior, thoughts, speech, and daily performance of employees. BUMN are state-owned enterprises that continuously innovate so that they are not unable to compete with private companies in Indonesia and in other countries. BUMN continue to innovate so that these organizations have a competitive advantage and restore the performance of BUMN in the past. Efforts that have been made by BUMN are transformation in the field of human resources. Based on the Circular of the Ministry of BUMN, BUMN which are the most important national economic activity actors in Indonesia carried out transformations in the field of human resources in which the main values of BUMN (core values) were established as the new corporate culture "AKHLAK" which stands for Amanah, Kompeten, Harmoni, Loyal, Adaptif and Kolaboratif. PT. Surveyor Indonesia is one of the state-owned companies that implements the AKHLAK culture. The purpose of this research is to find out how to implement AKHLAK's core values for employees at PT. Surveyor Indonesia Medan branch and its impact on improving employee performance. So that it can be seen whether the implementation has a good impact or not. This study uses descriptive qualitative research methods to obtain in-depth information. The technique used in collecting data is through interviews and documentation. The results showed that the AKHLAK implementation process was running quite effectively, as evidenced by the results of interviews and documentation that showed a good awareness score which proved that the AKHLAK socialization process was running quite effectively. The implementation of AKHLAK's core values is proven by having a positive impact on employee performance which can be seen through income, profits and achievements in the company.en_US
