dc.description.abstractThe objective of this research is to determine and analyze effects of job satisfaction and work stress on the employees’ turnover intention at PT. X. This descriptive research uses a quantitative approach. Two thousand one hundred and thirty employees from all divisions at PT. X makes up the population and 96 of them are technique. The research employs multiple linear regression method for its data analysis. This research findings indicate that simultaneously job satisfaction and work stress have significant effects on the employees’ turnover intention at PT. X. The partial test results show that job satisfaction has negative and significant effects on turnover intention and work stress has positive and significant effects on the employees’ turnover intention at PT.
