    Abstract
Introduction: Covid-19 is a serious and highly contagious respiratory tract infection caused by infection of the Severe Acute Respiratory Syndrome Coronavirus 2 (SARS-CoV-2). Patients with Covid-19 with existing comorbidities such as diabetes mellitus, hypertension, and cardiovascular disease generally have a poor prognosis. In addition, several laboratory parameters such as D-dimer, Neutrophile-Lymphocyte Ratio (NLR) and albumin has been suggested as risk factors that increase the incidence of mortality from Covid-19 patients. Aim: This study aims to analize demography factor, laboratory parameter, and comorbid in influencing mortality in Covid-19 inpatient. Methods: Samples were obtained through medical records with consecutive sampling that was carried out in January – March 2022. Chi square analysis was used in this study to determine the influence of demography factor, laboratory parameter, and comorbid in Covid-19 inpatient. Result: of 180 inpatient of Covid-19, 151 patient was < 65 years old, the number of men and women in this study was almost the same (49,44% vs 50,56%), and the mortality rate was 37,8%. The mortality was associated with comorbidities (p=0,001), like chronic kidney disease (CKD) (p=0,016), and hypertension (p=0,036). The mortality was also associate with higher Neutrophil Lympochyte Ratio (NLR) levels (p=0,000), higher procalcitonin levels (0,000), Higher C-Reactive Protein (CRP) levels (p=0,001), higher D-dimer level (p=0,003), and lower albumin level (p=0,006). Conclusion: The present of comorbidities like chronic kidney disease and hypertension were associated with higher mortality. Higher level of NLR, procalcitonin, CRP, d-dimer, and lower level of albumin were associated with higher mortality.
