| dc.description.abstract | This study aims to determine the effect of profitability, free cash flow, company size, company growth, and asset structure on debt policy in consumer goods manufacturing sub-sector consumer goods listed on the idx period 2016- 2021. The type of research used is causal associative with data collection method, namely, documentation method. The population in this study is the consumer goods sub-sector manufacturing companies listed on the IDX in 2016-2021 totaling 39 companies and the samples used in the study were 7 companies with 6 years of research. The sampling technique in this study, namely by using purposive sampling technique. Research data processing using SPSS 20 software. The data processing method used is the multiple linear regression method, t test and F test. From the results of this study, it was found that partially profitability and asset structure variables had a negative effect on debt policy. For the free cash flow variable, company size and company growth partially have no significant effect on debt policy. While the results of the study simultaneously show that all variables, namely, profitability, free cash flow, company size, company growth and asset structure affect debt policy. | en_US |
