Pengaruh Kepemilikan Manajerial, Ukuran Dewan Direksi, Ukuran Perusahaan, Operating Capacity, Sales Growth dan Leverage terhadap Financial Distress pada Perusahaan Property dan Real Estate yang Terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia Pada Periode 2016-2020
Abstract
This study aims to determine and analyze the effect of managerial ownership, board size, firm size, operating capacity, sales growth and leverage on financial distress in property and real estate companies listed in the Indonesia Stock Exchange as measured by the Springate S-Score method. This study uses secondary data obtained from the Indonesian Stock Exchange website, namely www.idx.co.id and the website of each company with a research population of 61 property and real estate companies and a research sample of 12 companies with 5 years of observation (2016-2020). ) in order to obtain a total of 60 research subjects. This study was analyzed using descriptive statistical analysis and logistic regression analysis. The results of this study indicate that operating capacity and leverage has a significant effect on financial distress while managerial ownership, board size, firm size and sales growth has insiginifcant effect on financial distress
