dc.description.abstract | This study aims to determine the effect of third party funds, Operating Expenses on Operating Income (BOPO), Net Interest Margin (NIM), Capital Adequacy Ratio (CAR), and Non Performing Loans (NPL) on profitability in banking companies. This type of research is associative research and quantitative approach. The type of data used in this research is secondary data in the form of annual reports of banking companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) for the 2020-2021 period. The analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this study indicate that partially third party funds have a significant positive effect on the profitability of banking companies on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX), Operational Costs on Operating Income (BOPO) have a significant negative effect on the profitability of banking companies on the Indonesian Stock Exchange (IDX), Net Interest Margin (NIM) has a significant positive effect on the profitability of banking companies on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX), Capital Adequacy Ratio (CAR) has a significant positive effect on the profitability of banking companies on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX), and Non Performing Loans (NPL) has a significant negative effect on the profitability of banking companies on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX). Simultaneously third party funds, Operating Expenses to Operating Income (BOPO), Net Interest Margin (NIM), Capital Adequacy Ratio (CAR), and Non Performing Loans (NPL) have a significant positive effect on the profitability of banking companies on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX). | en_US |
